Srpska nacionalna avio-kompanija u potrazi je za novim direktorom letačke operative. Radno mesto je na aerodromu Nikola Tesla u Beogradu, a konkurs je otvoren do 19. januara 2024.

Formalni uslov je VI stepen stručne spreme (fakultetska diploma), morate imati najmanje pet godina iskustva u avio industriji, neophodna vam je kompjuterska pismenost (Word, Excel, Power Point) i odlično, aktivno znanje engleskog jezika.

U konkursu koji je objavljen na engleskom jeziku uz već pobrojane uslove navodi se i opis posla: 

• Leads, coordinates and organizes work in the entire Flight Operations.
• Responsible for the implementation of safety measures so that all flight operations are carried out in a safe and correct manner in accordance with the rules, as well as for reporting all irregularities to the relevant services.
• Communicates and discusses maintenance issues and problems with the authorities for airworthiness in order to maintain the airworthiness of the aircraft.
• Defines all operational practices and standards and ensures their compliance with domestic and international regulations and AOC regulations and provisions.
• Flies as part of the crew based on the authority and license he possesses and participates in the organization and execution of flight tasks.
• Responsible according to the Air Transport Act, other regulations, valid manuals approved by CAD and company manuals.
• Ensures the best possible capacity utilization at all times through planning in accordance with the regulations of the CAD and in cooperation with the company's management.
• Ensures that all employees they manage are provided and familiar with all rules and directives in their areas of responsibility.
• Publishes all other necessary directives/instructions to flight crew members.
• Manages the voyage report system and forwards report elements to all relevant parties for information and necessary action.
• Initiates line checks of flight personnel to observe and improve professional standards of flight personnel and suggests methods of improvement.
• Ensures that the airports comply with the criteria of OM Part.
• Determines the suitability of areas used for flight operations and establishes minimum flight altitudes, in accordance with the criteria in OM.
• Implements security measures (Av. Sec.) that fall within the scope of there area of ​​responsibility and quality control of aviation security operations (Av.Sec.).
