Your tasks
- Research and analyse the competence needs of target groups and align these needs with the training objectives of the internal as well as external customers
- Determine training strategies, appropriate training techniques and multimedia concepts to accomplish the agreed training objectives
- Design engaging learning activities and compelling course content based on identified adult learning strategies
- Develop content for mobile, online, instructor-led and/or blended learning delivery models
- Construct and edit story boards and scenarios for our traditional online contents that guide the learners through their learning process based on generic and/or difficult to understand subject inputs
- Develop interactive digital courseware and/or other advance learning solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts, the product development team and our external suppliers for content and design delivery.
- Coordinate all stakeholders of her/his multiple projects to meet the committed delivery dates of the assigned products
- Review existing regulatory driven learning contents and develop modern solutions that can be presented for approval to the regulatory bodies of the industry
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Design / Pedagogics / IT or an equivalent working experience of 3 years (+) as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer or similar position
- Passionate about creating engaging and interactive learning contents
- Openness to discover and to apply new digital concepts and training developments
- Experience with social-collaborative learning methodologies, gamification, mobile-, workplace and microlearning
- Open to changing circumstances and acceptance of new ideas and change initiatives
- Proficient use of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Proven experience with scripts, storyboard, authoring and audio/video editing tools as available on the market.
